Harborline Tycoon
Harborline Tycoon puts you in charge of a growing seaport, and it scratches that management itch nicely. You expand docks, route cargo, and upgrade cranes while the demand keeps climbing. It's readable, satisfying, and never mean-spirited about its economy.
The interface is built for portrait play, with a persistent stats bar and drag-to-place building that felt natural after a minute. There's an offline progress option, so you're not punished for closing the app, and the settings let you mute the busy background noise if it gets too much.
Idle mechanics keep active battery use low, but leaving it running foreground all day will still cost you charge. Best played in planning bursts — set things up, close it, come back to check on your little port.
